Privacy policy

This is a placeholder. Replace it before inviting people outside your company.

Your privacy policy goes here. What Keyform Studio stores, so you can describe it accurately:

Account details: name, email, company, role and plan.
Security records: a hash of your password, your encrypted authenticator secret, hashed recovery codes, and sign-in history with network addresses.
Your work: the forms, scripts, queries and settings you save, including any OnBase names you type or import, with the last 20 versions of each.
Cookies: a session cookie while you're signed in, and optional cookies that remember a trusted computer and the browsers an admin has used.
Not stored: OnBase document content, and the forms people fill in on the Preview tab.
Never received: OnBase exports (.expk) documented on the Export documentation page. They are read in the person's browser, and the Word guide is made there too.

Include how long you keep data, who processes it (Hostinger for hosting, your email provider), and how people ask for their data to be exported or deleted.
